Held in February, April, June, August, October & November.

The Guild is committed to having a relaxed atmosphere where various topics and issues about Decoupage can be discussed together with workshops, guest speaker and displays of decoupage as well as Traders selling decoupage and related products.

'by the members for the members' display:

Each General Meeting we have a BTMFTM display - often on a particular genre or object i.e. Oriental or Eggs.

Members place their decoupage on the display table.

If members so wish they may talk about their work on the display table - this is a great way to expand our knowledge on a variety of decoupage techniques.

Guest speakers:

Attending members hear and see the latest happenings/techniques from professionals within their fields.

Workshops ~ 'Hands On' or Demonstrations

on a variety of decoupage techniques.

Workshops are conducted by a chosen artist covering such topics as; Surface preparation, Lacquering and sanding, Painting backgrounds, Extending your images, Layout and design, marbling and wood grains, etc. etc. Members are encouraged to take part in the 'hands on' sessions or learn the techniques from demonstrations given.

TRADERS ~

• ATTEND EACH OF OUR GENERAL MEETINGS SELLING PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR DECOUPAGE FOR MEMBERS TO PURCHASE.

• INTRODUCING NEW PRODUCTS FOR US TO USE.
